Abstract AMPCOLOY 64 is a casting alloy that is frequently classified as a high-strength yellow brass; its typical tensile strength is 95,000 psi in the as-cast condition. This alloy has an excellent combination of strength, ductility and resistance to corrosion. Its numerous applications include propellers, bearings, gears and marine hardware. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties.
