Deb has consulted in knowledge management, performance improvement, and organizational communication for more than 10 years to Fortune 500 Corporations, governmental, and higher education organizations. She is currently writing her dissertation on knowledge management through the Instructional Systems Technology Department at Indiana University. Deb is a national member of ISPI, has presented at national conferences, and has been published in Performance Improvement and other publications.
