Abstract

In the multi-charge market where third-party charging station operators participate, each operator will launch a price competition game in order to maximize their respective interests. In the process, the economic interests of the electric vehicle(EV) users could be harmed and even the safe and stable operation of the power grid could be affected. Therefore, studying the real-time charging service fee pricing model under the market competition mode means great significance to the power grid. In this paper, aiming at the bidding problem among multi-agent operators of charging stations, firstly the modern utility theory is introduced to analyze the respective interests of power grid companies, charging station operators and EV users in the multi-charge market. Secondly, the charging demand is characterized by Hotelling model. Based on the distribution characteristics of price guidance, a charging service operator charging pricing plan for charging stations is designed independently. Finally, on the basis of determining the profit distribution mechanism in the alliance based on the Shapley algorithm, a charging service fee alliance game model capable of maintaining the activity of the charging market is constructed.
