Abstract
RATIONALE: Anaphylactic reaction is one of the alarming adverse effect of allergen immunotherapy. Although anaphylactic reaction may follow a biphasic course, its incidence and outcome as well as the risk factors for its development are un-known in patients with allergen immunotherapy-induced anaphylaxis. We aimed to record the incidence, characteristics and outcome of immunotherapy-induced biphasic reactions (BR).
