Abstract

All-inside meniscal repair devices provide an alternative to traditional suture techniques. Each device or system has a unique set of characteristics in regard to configuration, biochemical and biomechanical profile. This article reviews the specifications and current literature available for the all-inside devices and systems available today. Given the rapid development of these devices, they are likely to assume an expanded role in arthroscopic meniscal fixation.
