Abstract
The article discusses the certification of agreements complicated by a foreign element, and the problems associated with determining the applicable law, the choice of the method and procedure for alimony payments in the enforcement of agreements abroad. The author highlights the mediation procedure as a priority way to resolve disagreements on the issues of material support for parents of children, indicates the prospects for the development of relations between notaries of different states.
