Abstract

Ante la escasez y falta de sistematizacion de los estudios especificos sobre etica de la comunicacion interna en las organizaciones, y teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de fundamentar en principios solidos, estables y humanos toda institucion, se propone una serie de criterios eticos en este ambito, tales como el personalista, el de veracidad, el prudencial y el convivencial. Criterios que remiten a unas virtudes y se desarrollan en varios niveles de operatividad.
