Abstract

Injuries of the external genital organs in men are most often found in active age with a predominance of closed injuries and require careful implementation of the entire necessary amount of diagnostic and therapeutic measures, active surgical tactics aimed at preventing distant cavernous blood flow disturbances, the development of fibrotic changes in the cavernous tissue, protein membrane and stricture of the penile urethra.
