ALGORITHM FOR MAKING TEST ITEMS IN THE QUALIFICATION PROCEDURES STAFF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article analyzes the procedure of certification of personnel of industrial enterprises for optimization and automation. Proposed and implemented optimization solutions for all stages of the preparation and managing conformance testing: to create test tasks; for batch import of test tasks and adaptive algorithm presentation of the test tasks for the person to be tes-ted. The developed technique of adaptive presentation may perform various functions, depending on the settings of the algorithm. Diagnose function detects the actual level of knowledge of the tested person and his «gaps» in knowledge. The training provides recommendations on how to overcome the identified «gaps». Developing distributes tasks according to his ability, to meet the level of preparation of the test. Motivating creates positive emotions by providing manageable tasks and objective evaluations. The developed algorithm of adaptive presentation test tasks also watches for the time consumed to finish each task and this fact helps us to identify the real level of knowledge of the tested person. Batch import function allows us to develop test tasks using generic text editors and import test tasks in a batch way, what reduces the time- and resource- consumption for the test creation.
