Abstract

This study aims to find the right innovation strategy carried out in the application of business models that have been owned by BUMDes through the process of acculturation of local culture and power relations. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection methods through interviews and conservation. The results showed that BUMDes which were the object of this study had a management mechanism by strengthening the cultural side and local wisdom of the community in the form of building cooperation with traditional and religious leaders with the aim that BUMDes could be accepted and grounded in the community. The function of power and power relations has an important meaning in the development of BUMDes in Indonesia through government policies and regulations at the village level, so as to realize strong BUMDes institutions. Aspects of regulations and regulations at the village level become power relations by the authorities in improving the quality and management of BUMDes.
