Abstract
气道表面衬液（ASL）是呼吸系统对吸入病原体的第一道防线,气道微环境稳态主要体现在ASL发挥正常的生理功能。维持ASL的酸碱度、离子强度、渗透压、葡萄糖等营养物质含量的正常状态对发挥气道正常黏液纤毛清除功能及抗菌效应至关重要。当气道表面微环境稳态被破坏，呼吸道局部对病原微生物易感是导致肺部感染发生、慢性感染迁延不愈、反复病情加重的重要机制之一。.
