Abstract

When measurements are made with ionization chambers the temperature and the pressure are recorded. The result is then corrected back to 76 cm of Hg and 22°C by multiplying by the atmosphere correction factor (A.C.F.): This factor is usually read from an alignment chart with which readers will be familiar.
