Abstract
The integration of new-generation information technologies such as AI and 5G into education provide strong technical support for private colleges and universities to implement teaching reforms and achieve the goals of smart education. The new generation of information technologies such as AI and 5G play an important role in empowering the construction of smart learning spaces, and play a very important role in the development of private higher education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Therefore, the construction of AI+5G empowered smart learning space should be based on the learning concept of the smart era, with smart education as the goal, and the teaching effectiveness of smart learning space to achieve effective improvement of teaching quality.
