Abstract

ABSTRACT This research delves into the nature of artificial intelligence (AI) and its influence on employees. We review existing definitions and applications of AI, categorizing it into three types: embodied robots, generative AI, and predictive AI. By systematically analysing the frequency of various application scenarios, study levels, and subjects, we identify prevalent trends and gaps in current AI research and explore the impact of AI on employees across different scenarios. The study highlights the significant potential of AI to propel workforce development and foster innovation within China’s dynamic economy, calling for more comprehensive research on AI applications across various industries.
