Abstract

In this article, the legal, technical, and managerial aspects of agricultural land management in Türkiye have been evaluated. It has been determined that the main deficiencies in rural land management are factors which related to land ownership, land use, land development, land value, spatial data infrastructure and agricultural land use planning all of which are essential issues in land management. In this context, a suggested functional model for rural land management, tailored to the country's conditions, has been developed, and the implementation of suggested model has to be carried out through result-oriented public institution within a designated authority.
