Abstract
A method is described for estimating molecular weights of antigens in a mixture of proteins by using crossed immunoelectrophoresis with different concentrations of agarose in the first dimensional gel. The apparent molecular weights of undenaturated microtubular antigens T, NT1 and NT2 were found to be 11,250,000, 210,000 and 1,205,000 respectively.
