Abstract
This research has studied Afghanistan's foreign policy during the second term of the Taliban's rule (2021–present). Given the sensitivity and global reactions to the Taliban's rise to power, gaining legitimacy from the international community has been the Taliban's top priority. The main discussion in this research is the examination of the Taliban's performance in foreign policy over the past two years and the factors influencing this group's foreign policy decisions.
