Abstract
Yasanan afetlerin sonrasinda, yardim malzemelerinin afetzedelere ulastirilmasi ve moral desteginin saglanmasinda, dagitim merkezlerinin uygun yerlesimi onemli bir rol ustlenmektedir . Jeolojik gecmisi nedeniyle Erzincan ili icin yapilan bu calismanin amaci afet lojistigi kapsaminda en uygun dagitim merkez yerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu amacla iki asamali bir model olusturulmustur. Modelin ilk asamasinda; dagitim merkez yeri seciminde kullanilabilecek kriterler Analitik Hiyerarsi Sureci (AHS) yontemi ile agirliklandirilmistir. Ikinci asamada ise en uygun kurulus yeri VIKOR yontemi ile secilmistir. Calisma sonucunda, “konum” en onemli ana kriter, “B” ise en uygun kurulus yeri olarak belirlenmistir.
