Abstract

The competition between training institutions as well as the process of automating university training institutions requires a different perspective in the management of human resource training in the aviation industry in Vietnam today. Through the introduction of a model of high-quality human resource training in the aerospace industry of the Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AeroAstro) of the School of Engineering of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - MIT (USA), the author of this report presents suggestions for training high-quality aviation human resources in our country as postgraduate training is essential, in order to train high-quality aviation human resources, training institutions should enhance the learner’s experience in the learning process and should strengthen the school-enterprise linkage in aviation human resource training.
