Abstract
In recent years, the research on tissue engineering bone in the treatment of large bone defects has shifted from animal experiments to clinical application, showing broad prospect. The blood supply of the implant plays a critical role in the osteogenic stability, so vascularization of tissue engineering bone has become the research focus of bone tissue engineering in the treatment of bone defects. Therefore, the author reviews the research progress of tissue engineering bone vascularization in treatment of large bone defect from the aspects of tissue engineering bone construction, prefabricated vascular technology, and cell technology so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment.
