Abstract
肿瘤溶解综合征（TLS）是常见的肿瘤科急症，在血液病患儿中尤为常见。成人和儿童的TLS诊断和风险评估标准在近20年间不断更新，但目前仍缺乏广泛认可的标准。TLS的防治策略也在不断完善，当前的TLS预防措施主要包括化疗前后充分水化、根据需要碱化尿液、纠正高尿酸血症。随着拉布立海等新型药物进入临床以及多学科管理概念的逐渐强化，血液病TLS患儿的临床转归将有望被进一步改善。.
