Abstract
In real world geo social applications become more useful. But there is lot of misuse by the personal information. There are many number of security issues in the geo social applications. LocX is new technique which is used to provide the security in geosocial applications. In this process, searching of location axis points are sent to update the server. In this LocX, user will share the secret key prior to location sharing, this will provide through mail or messages. This is not compatible with high range geosocial applications. Here one user will have the secret key of his K friends. LocX is the better technique but it is not suitable for high end geo social applications. In this paper, attribute based encryption instead of sharing secret key. Using this performance overhead and easy to use.
