Abstract

Fractionation of RNA of type i poliovirus, strain Brunhilde, on calcium phosphate columns at temperatures ranging from 10° to 70° is described.On the basis of re-chromatography of the individual peak eluates of RNA, questions associated with the study of the adsorption properties of enterovirus RNA for calcium phosphate are discussed.
