Abstract

Lean manufacturing is both well known and accepted in the industrial world. This includes the entire introduction of people into the manufacturing cycle, continuous growth, and waste reduction. It focuses on approaches that add value. In the manufacturing industry known as Industry 4.0, or even the 4th Industrial Revolution, a brand new trend has recently emerged. It allows an intelligent network of equipment, capital, products, goods, people, and ICT devices around the supply chain to be improved by a smart factory. The relationship between traditional lean management and Industry 4.0 may be of importance in output in order to optimize their processes. Recently, companies have built major synergies through the systematic use of lean management and Industry 4.0 instead of sequential or isolated programs in various evaluations of organizational excellence programs. The most effective approach to achieve the resulting degree of creativity in manufacturing would be Lean Industry 4.0. Industries that have successfully implemented Lean 4.0 will reduce maintenance fees by almost 40% in 5–10 years, and compared to the reductions achieved by Industry 4.0, they are much greater.
