Abstract
A lot of adolescents like acting quickly and intensively. It leads a part of them to the field of sexual transgressions and a little part to sexual abuse. This article proposes a categorization of these who abuse, describing juvenile sex offenders whose mental health and human future may really preoccupate and the others. It also describes the frequent doubtful situations, in which it is and it remains impossible to decide whether it was abusive or consensual sex activity. It proposes a way to care these doubtful situations.
