Abstract

Abstract Substance abuse and sexual activity among adolescents place them at significant risk for HIV infection. This article discusses the epidemiology of adolescents and HIV infection and examines the health care reform aspects of linking and integrating the substance abuse, mental health, primary care, and HIV/AIDS services systems for adolescents.
