Abstract

Now educational systems are developing very fast in many directions: education process automation, using of new education methods, education adaptation materials, testing algorithms. It’s not about only systems of secondary professional and higher education, but also corporate systems of training and employees certification. At the different system introduction appears question about materials quality and quality of listeners work. There is a problem of knowledge evaluation in open education systems because the main knowledge control method is testing and teachers don’t have opportunity to communicate with student.
