Abstract

The super-resolution reconstruction can be regarded as a typical ill-posed inverse problem. Regularization method is the most important method used to solve this kind of problem. How to determine the regularization parameter is the most critical and most difficult problem in the regularization algorithm. An adaptive regularization parameter to determine the method is presented. It gives full consideration to the image of the smooth, angular edges and other structural characteristics. Experimental results show that the proposed method achieve a good recovery to noise suppression and edge detail maintain compared to classical methods such as Tikhonov regularization, GCV, L-curve.
