Abstract
The use of the Beckman DB spectrophotometer for continuous monitoring of chromatographic eluates and for automated monitoring of individual samples fed to the instrument by an automatic sample collector was made feasible by |adaptation of the LKB flow cell for the Beckman instrument. The adaptor for the LKB flow cell was developed in our laboratory and is described in sufficient detail to allow for manufacturing.
