Abstract
Miniaturization and increased performance calculators, sensors and actuators are opening up the new possibilities of intelligent control complex mechatronic systems under the transient and turbulent conditions. Earlier adaptive control in a changing environment and with time-varying structure of the state space explored slightly due to the limited possibilities of practical implementation. The paper considers the model of an aircraft with a large number of sensors and actuators, distributed over surfaces of wings. In turbulent wind flows, it is shown that the multi-agent Local Voting Protocol with non-decreasing to zero step size allows equalization effects of disturbing forces acting on the different elements of wings.
