Abstract

SARS-CoV-2 infection has a wide range of symptoms, with a series of ENT manifestations reported in the pandemic years, some of them being considered specific for the infection, such the loss of smell or taste. Dizziness and postural instability are common symptoms in COVID-19 patients and are nonspecific, but the onset of the disease with acute unilateral peripheral vestibular syndrome, without any other symptoms, is not very frequent. We report two cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection with acute unilateral peripheral vestibular syndrome onset.
