Acute Submacular Haemorrhage Secondary to Wet AMD

Abstract

This is a widefield colour fundus photograph of the right eye of an 83-year-old patient with wet AMD. The image shows extensive subretinal haemorrhage involving the macula and extending superiorly and inferiorly with serous retinal detachment inferiorly as a complication of wet AMD.
