The coat of all animals was shaved on the back with an area of about 5x5 cm. The drug was applied at doses of 5 000 and 10 000 mg / kg, the control group did not receive the drug. The LD50 of the Ivermectin dosage form is more than 10 000 mg / kg, according to GOST 12.1.007-76 the drug belongs to the 4th class of danger when applied to the skin. The drug does not have an irritating effect when applied once to intact rat skin.
