Abstract
The article discusses the features of certification by notaries of certain types of transactions concluded in the field of family relations. The author presents the specific features of such transactions, which determine the specifics of the procedure for their certification by notaries. The article concludes that there is a need for legislative changes aimed at improving the norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation, which will ensure effective protection of the rights and interests of participants in transactions subject to notarization.
