Abstract
The extraction and preliminary characterization of the present secondary metabolic in crust Grapefruit (Citrus Maxima) and the determination of its biological activity forehead to the Penicillum fungi ssp, Rhizopus ssp and cinerea Botrytis, in conditions of Laboratory like possible conservant activity.
