Abstract
The extraction and preliminary characterization of the present secondary metabolic in crust Grapefruit (Citrus Maxima) and the determination of its biological activity forehead to the Penicillum fungi ssp, Rhizopus ssp and cinerea Botrytis, in conditions of Laboratory like possible conservant activity. Also an nourishing natural colorant from the metanolic extraction of present antocianinas in the was obtained mora de castilla (Rubus glaucus benth); and the characterization of the extract by CCD, along with an analysis of stability as opposed to different environmental conditions and tests of toxicity (saline Artemia)
