Abstract
With the rapid development of the economy, many types of cultivated land have been occupied or transformed. Therefore, land-management departments need to grasp quickly the changes in land resources and utilise information technology to collect and process data on land resources. This can help with the scientific management of land resources. However, the traditional data collection strategy based on Global Positioning System (GPS)–Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) for land resource dynamic change data collection has noise issues. Therefore, a dynamic acquisition method of land resource data change based on differential GPS is proposed. In order to obtain the geometric data characteristics of land resources, the hierarchical division of land composition, the utilisation of land resource relationship and the combination of passive depth, combined with Kinect depth-acquisition equipment, the spatial geometric relationships of land resource data changes are obtained, and then differential GPS technology is used. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively overcome the noise problem of the GPS–PDA-based land resource dynamic change data collection method. It provides technical support for the planning and development of land-resource-management departments.
