Abstract
Temperature dependent splitting of the electron cyclotron resonance due to phonon assisted indirect transitions has been observed with both senses of circularly polarized radiation in cubic CdTe. A low temperature effective mass of 0.0985 ± 0.0010 m 0 was measured at 337, 311, 195 and 190 micrometers wavelength.
