Abstract

The identification of the political harassment’s cases in Peru has omitted their full dimensions. They are wrongly classified as belonging to a single type. The methodology that will be applied to analyze the cases of political harassment registered in Peru will be qualitative, since it seeks to examine the political harassment testimonies using a scheme proposed by Bardall, Bjarnegård and Piscopo. Political harassment is a phenomenon with a recent visibility that demands the correct identification of its dimensions to make its prevention, sanction and eradication measures more appropriate in Peru.
