Abstract
It is shown that the complication of social life, in particular the formation of Industry 4.0, requires training of its personnel at the level of education 4.0 and the use of innovative management technologies also at the level of 4.0. The thesis that the proper efficiency of management activity is achieved thanks to the purposeful application of the archaeological approach is substantiated. The meaning of the concept of acme as the highest level of personal and professional development of a manager is presented. The role of education in contributing to the achievement of acme and in the formation of leadership qualities is revealed. It is shown that the acmeology of management is considered a specific field of knowledge that ensures the successful achievement by the manager of the highest level of efficiency of professional management activity.
