Abstract
La deficiente técnica legislativa utilizada por la LPDC para regular los regímenes de garantía de conformidad ha implicado el surgimiento de diversas dudas interpretativas. Entre ellas, se encuentra la eventual extensión del plazo de la garantía legal –y sus efectos– a toda la eficacia temporal de una eventual garantía voluntaria.Una lectura sistemática de la LPDC y de sus estatutos de responsabilidad conducen a una respuesta negativa, sustentada sobre la base de su racionalidad interna y la interpretación de las reglas de las garantías, en consonancia con las que establecen deberes de información y publicidad.
