Abstract

Through IoT (Internet of Things) technology, electric power enterprises can develop a whole life cycle management system of electric energy meter, so as to improve the management level of electric energy meter in each stage. According to the regulations of the management measures, before the scrapped watt-hour meters are handed over to ministry of materials and equipment, the factory certificate, company measurement seal, verification certificate, asset barcode, etc. shall be removed or destroyed. Some intelligent electric energy meters, especially three-phase intelligent electric energy meters, are equipped with integrated circuit boards at the bottom of bar codes, which have considerable thickness and hardness. Moreover, most of the liquid crystal display screens are of compressive hardening glass fiber reinforced plastic structure, which is extremely strong. When using traditional manual drilling operation, the scrapping personnel of watt-hour meter cannot completely break down this type of watt-hour meter. Therefore, there is a need for a stable punching device that can accurately locate bar codes, which can meet the needs of daily scrapping work. Based on this, this paper provides an intelligent watt-hour meter control device based on IoT, and proposes an intelligent punching device for dismantling scrapped watt-hour meters to complete the accurate replacement of dismantled scrapped watt-hour meters.
