Abstract
This paper presents a method to accurately estimate analog circuit parameters from observed amplitude characteristics. In analog circuits, it is not always possible to obtain the expected characteristics due to the existence of errors between the design value and the actual value of circuit parameters. It requires a huge amount of resources to measure all the actual values of those parameters. We propose a method to accurately estimate those values using the Covariance Matrix Adaptive Evolution Strategy (CMA-ES), and evaluate its performance in comparison with some other methods.
