Abstract
Theoretical Framework: Occupational Accidents and diseases are among the highest cases in the world today. Occupational health and safety is a human right, therefore the importance of a culture of occupational health and safety in every industry and office. The cases that often occur in light rail transit are noise, lighting, temperature, humidity, and cleanliness. The latest finding is that there has never been an audit of the Light Rail Transit Occupational Cleanliness Health and Safety Management System. Purpose: The aim of this research is to find out which criteria CA2, CA3 and CA4 are most dominant in noise, lighting, temperature, humidity and cleanliness. Method: The method used in this study was a field survey for taking noise samples using the SM-20-A sound level meter, for lighting samples using a Lux light meter LM-120, for temperature and humidity sampling using a Thermo Hygrometer HTC-2. On environmental cleanliness using a questionnaire on South Sumatra LRT employees. After taking the sample, the researchers conducted an analysis using the univariate method of each independent and dependent variable, which was carried out at 13 South Sumatra LRT stations. Result an Conclusion: The LRT passes through every bend with a noise level of up to 100 dB (˃85 dB). It does not comply with NIOSH standards at every bend. The lighting test results for the South Sumatra LRT were not complied with at the LRT Depot in the employee's office, with a measuring result of 88,4 lux. Tests on the room temperature at the South Sumatra LRT station revealed that it was pretty high and did not adhere to the work space's maximum temperature standards. Only the CA4 location, out of all the measurement points, met the required temperature of 25 °C. Every station also performed measurements of the air humidity. Each measurement site satisfies the air humidity standard of 70%. The hygiene inspection majority had fulfilled the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for cleanliness based on Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environment Sustainability (CHSE). The conclusion is that CA2 is the most dominant case with the highest level in each criterion, especially in the case of noise.
