Abstract
The objective of this work is to analyze the impact that civil society had in the development of the migrant deputation implemented in Mexico City in 2021. The latter takes relance after some political parties tried to postpone it. Likewise, this work explains how the Red Voto Chilango, in a transnational space, has influenced the Electoral Institute of Mexico City in the construction of institutional policies, expanding the recognition of political and social rights based on a collective action strategie carried out by this transnational citizen network.
