Abstract
The results of the experimental, numerical, and theoretical investigations of the acceleration device based on a high explosive (HE) charge, which contains a high modular ceramic tube, are presented. The opportunity to use this acceleration device for the generation of fast ceramic streams is substantiated. It is shown that the design of such acceleration devices should take into account the influence of advanced disturbances propagating faster than detonation wave on the unreacted HE layers before the detonation front.
