Abstract
The article considers the experience of the teaching staff of the Management of Educational Systems Department named after T. I. Shamova of the Institute of Social and Humanitarian Education of Moscow Pedagogical State University (MPSU) in the construction and implementation of the conceptual and methodological system of academic and practical organization of teaching work (NPOT). The principles, functions, levels, structure, forms and methods of NPOT are considered. Examples of cooperation with educational organizations are given. Prospective directions for further improvement of the NGO system in the context of department activity are outlined.
