The article is devoted to the problems of the immersion method in different interpretations. The author discloses different points of view of immersion technologies and classifications. On the basis of generalizing the sources, the article considers immersion technologies using such examples as the exposition of the immersion museum “The Road of Memory” and the immersion museum program “In a knight’s castle” in the context of additional education
