Abstract

The object of the article is an impossible possibility in the form of an imaginary meeting between Sergei Pavlovich Diaghilev and Andy Warhol. The methods of research are biographical, intellectual game of imagination and the method of analogies. They helped to combine facts from the biographies of the impresario and the artist, creating an intermediate imaginary world of their possible meeting. Among the traits that can attract the attention of men to each other, loneliness, sexual orientation, the position of an outcast in society, attachment to the mother, passion for PR campaigns and practices of insignificance are noted. The meeting could change the optics of self-perception, harmonize them and promote cooperation.
