Abstract

The doctrinal opinions claiming that, in the Ukraine vs. Russian Federation Case, the International Court of Justice's provisional measures order finds evidence of acts of genocide perpetrated in Ukraine, or that the International Criminal Court has no jurisdiction for the crime of aggression because the Rome Statute gives no definition of the crime of aggression are scientific aberrations.
