Abstract
This section presents a list of abbreviations and literatures that occur in this book David the Invincible Commentary on Aristotle's Prior Analytics. The book discusses Aristotle's definition of syllogism: disagreeing with Alexander of Aphrodisias who, according to David, wrote that Aristotle defined only the categorical syllogism, and not the hypothetical too, and with the Ephectics who doubted the very existence of syllogism, the commentator attempts to explain the definition of syllogism phrase by phrase and word by word.Keywords: Aphrodisias; Aristotle; David
